Kayleigh McEnany, a former White House press secretary who now appears on Fox News’ show Outnumbered, has announced some exciting news—she’s pregnant with her third child! McEnany shared the happy news on Monday during her appearance on the show, revealing that she and her husband, Sean Gilmartin, are expecting another baby this summer.
“I’m so excited to share that Sean and I are expecting our third child,” McEnany said, looking thrilled. “We can’t wait for our new baby to join our family. Our daughter Blake is 5, and our son Nash is 2, so it will be wonderful to have a new addition this summer.”
She shared that the pregnancy has been extra special, as she’s been pregnant during both Christmas and Thanksgiving, making the holidays even more memorable. McEnany also talked about how her daughter, Blake, is already very excited about becoming a big sister. “Blake now knows about the baby, so she runs up to me and says, ‘Let me kiss the baby,'” McEnany added with a smile.
Her fellow panelist on Outnumbered, Emily Compagno, couldn’t contain her excitement. “We love you so much, Kayleigh! Congratulations to all of you,” she said with enthusiasm.
McEnany gave a little peek at the baby’s sonogram, showing it to the audience. She explained that the family has kept all of their kids’ sonograms framed and displayed on a mantle at home, creating a warm and loving atmosphere in their household.
While the news brought tons of joy to the show, McEnany made sure to clarify that her pink blazer wasn’t a hint about the baby’s gender, even though she wore matching pink-and-blue shoes and a blue pacifier graphic was shown on the screen. “We’re going to do a gender reveal,” McEnany announced. “The baby is due in June, so stay tuned! I’ll be sharing more about this on social media and live on the show.”
As a devout Christian, McEnany shared a Bible verse that’s especially meaningful to her during this time. She quoted Jeremiah 1:5, which says, “Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you.” She explained that the message isn’t just about her baby but about everyone, as it reminds her of God’s love for all of us.
Before ending her announcement, McEnany humorously asked her co-hosts for permission to unbutton her blazer, as it was getting too tight with her growing belly.
